How do I pick up my share?

Off-farm locations: Please see your CSA registration confirmation email for your specific pick-up address. We keep the exact addresses confidential, since several locations are at private residences. Off-farm shares are dropped off by 4 PM on Thursdays. Please pick up your share within 24 hours. Contact your pick-up site host if you need to pick up after the 24-hour window.

Packed shares: Cross your name off the check-list and double-check what you should be receiving for the week (share size; add-ons). Your first share will have a Minto canvas tote in the bin (leave it in the blue bin if you don’t need another tote). Please do not take your plastic bin home (transfer the contents to the canvas tote or other bags). Look in the blue bin for any add-ons (e.g. eggs, coffee) that you ordered for the week.

Market-Style shares: Cross your name off the check-list and double-check what you should be receiving for the week (share size; add-ons). At the first pick-up of the season, your Minto canvas tote will be available at the check-in area (if you would like one). Any add-ons will also be near the check-in area.

Friends or family are allowed to pick up your share, but please be sure they are aware of the pick-up protocol and which share type to pick up.
