Terms and Conditions: During the CSA registration process, members need to check a box saying that they have reviewed our CSA Terms and Conditions.
SNAP Benefits: If a CSA member has SNAP food benefits in 2025, we will set up monthly auto-payments via a partnership with the Pacific Northwest CSA Coalition. If the member has SNAP cash benefits, we can accept payment at the Salem Saturday Market by special arrangement (contact us at csa@mintogrowers.com).
Double Up Food Bucks: For 2025, we are participating in this program that pays for half of a CSA produce share, if a member has SNAP food benefits. This program makes the CSA share more affordable while continuing to provide income to the farm.
Contact us at csa@mintogrowers.com if you would like more information.
Share Contents
Your CSA share will include a wide variety of seasonal vegetables, with consistent staples like salad greens and cooking greens, onions and garlic, herbs, plus new vegetables for you to discover and enjoy. Fruit will be in your shares some weeks - blueberries and melons from our farm, and some years we will provide grapes, apples, or other fruit from nearby farms.
We’ve learned over the years that our members’ tastes vary wildly - some love kale while others don't, the same goes for pretty much every vegetable, except for perhaps blueberries! Thus, we try hard to keep the shares diverse.
Full Share: For lager families or those who love vegetables and cook often. Supplies all of the vegetable needs for a given week, depending on your family size and cooking frequency. Full shares will usually receive between 8 and 10 different types of produce at each pick-up.
Partial Share: For smaller families or people who also garden or go to farmers markets or other produce outlets. Supplies all or most of the vegetable needs for a given week, depending on your family size and cooking frequency. Partial shares will usually receive between 6 and 8 different types of produce at each pick-up. The Partial share is about 2/3 the size of the Full share.
Please go to the FAQ page for a list of vegetables, the frequency with which they appear in shares, and answers to other common questions.

Pick-up Info
In 2025, all pick-ups are Market-Style, 4 to 7 pm, at the Farm Stand. Members can select Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
Two Delivery Holds are available to each CSA member for the Summer season. Members can select a future pick-up date to receive a make-up (double) share, or email csa@mintogrowers.com if they prefer a Vacation Voucher. Vouchers can be used at our Farm Stand for produce only. Delivery Holds must be placed by Monday at 11 PM for an upcoming week.
CSA Newsletter
Every CSA week, members will receive an e-newsletter with information about the week’s produce, recipes, and farm news.
Farm Events
CSA members are encouraged to explore the farm any time of year!
We have at least one event each year, specifically for CSA members. Most years it’s a community harvest, farm tour, and potluck. Some years, we’ve had vegetable tastings or other events.
We will contact CSA members when there are volunteer opportunities. Members can help with weeds or other tasks, and we can get to know you and involve you in all the fun activities on the farm!
